Home/12-Month Follow-Through
The relationship engine

Twelve months. One salesperson.

The original salesperson stays visible and accountable. Each monthly video reflects the customer’s confirmed interests, current offer and next appropriate step.

Choose a month.

One scheduled video each month, only where the customer chose that cadence and remains eligible. Requested help is answered separately, any time.

01

Confirm understanding and access

Verify the welcome receipt, portal access, terms, contact choices and the first scheduled payment date.

“Your portal has the agreement, your receipt and the payment schedule. Please tell me if anything differs from what you understood.”

Success Documents delivered, correct initial credit, questions resolved.

02

Revisit fit and answer questions

Answer recorded questions, explain booking limitations and total ongoing costs, and confirm the customer still wants this contact.

“Before we focus on payment progress, does this still fit how you expect to travel?”

Success Questions addressed with current sources; silence never treated as approval.

03

Review the first later installment

Reconcile the first post-advance charge, correct any errors and show the remaining target. Offer a calculator, not an automatic increase.

“If you’d like to explore finishing sooner, I can show you a separate calculation. We won’t change any payment without your agreement.”

Success Balance and next charge match the ledger and authorization.

04

Review early completion possibilities

If requested, show the remaining balance over the months left to the 12-month goal. Explain a real incentive only if eligible.

“Would you prefer to keep your plan, or review the alternatives?”

Success An optional scenario is clearly separate from the authorized schedule.

05

Demonstrate the relevant use case

Use the customer’s confirmed travel interest to show an approved booking example, including season, point and availability limits.

“Here’s an approved example of how it could be used, including the booking rules and limitations. What would you like me to explain?”

Success Approved facts linked to the content version; no invented availability.

06

Complete a midyear review

Reconcile accumulated funds, check affordability concerns and offer a conversation with a person.

“We’re at your midyear review. Does your existing plan still suit you?”

Success No pressure to accelerate; service requests routed and tracked.

07

Resolve remaining purchase questions

Revisit the recorded concern and ask whether anything new needs attention — without reviving a resolved objection.

“Is there any question still unresolved, or has anything changed in your travel plans?”

Success Updated customer concerns, not speculative scoring.

08

Offer a closing readiness review

For customers who want to proceed, verify the valid offer, required funds, availability and an appropriate financing referral.

“If you’d like to explore completing your purchase, we can arrange a readiness review with our authorized team.”

Success A requested appointment and a documented handoff to people.

09

Calculate a voluntary completion plan

If requested, recalculate from cleared funds and the actual time remaining, with pending transactions shown separately.

“Your existing agreement remains the starting point. Would you like to review the calculation with me?”

Success No double counting of advances, reversals or pending payments.

10

Explain the actual incentive and closing steps

Check eligibility against the approved incentive record, including its deadline and conditions. If none exists, leave it out.

“It’s optional, and the closing team can explain the conditions. If you want to proceed, here’s the next step.”

Success Benefit and deadline match a valid offer — no invented scarcity.

11

Prepare documents when requested

Collect required information through secure forms, complete the final human review and deliver the authorized closing package.

“Completing the down payment is one step; purchase completion depends on the remaining closing requirements.”

Success Accurate disclosures and documented delivery.

12

Close — or confirm the continuing plan

For a completed transaction, reconcile funds and arrange onboarding. Otherwise honor the original approved term or the customer’s requested change.

“We’ve reached the 12-month review. Let’s confirm your balance, your agreement and your preferred next step.”

Success Separate records for funded, contracted, closed and owner-activated.

Personal video production

Eight steps behind every video.

Every approved recurring asset has a version and a reviewer. Permissions are rechecked immediately before anything is sent.

Personal, and real

The salesperson’s face. The customer’s story.

It starts with the salesperson recording on camera from an AI-written teleprompter. Where authorized and technically supported, a disclosed digital likeness can be added later.

  • Written likeness and voice permission, vendor validation and disclosure come first.
  • An avatar clip is never presented as personally recorded at that moment.
  • No private financial details in public links or lock-screen previews.
Where the developer approves it

Price protection, accumulation and earlier completion.

Customers may choose price protection and down-payment accumulation, with voluntary incentives for earlier completion. A 12-month completion goal never shortens an approved 30- or 36-month funding agreement.

0months

Closing within 3 months

May qualify for a defined bonus-points award.

0months

Within 6 months

A smaller bonus-points award.

0months

Within 12 months

A specified closing-cost credit.

Proposed tiers for each developer to define. An incentive is mentioned only once its offer ID, value, conditions and availability are published.

Milestones

Six milestones, tracked separately.

A completed down payment alone doesn’t activate ownership. Each step has its own record, so nobody is marked “closed” because a signature link was opened.
