Program one

From welcome to an informed decision.

Help a first-time guest make an informed purchase today when the product and total costs fit — and keep the relationship going when they need more time.

First meetingSame-day purchase support12-month ownership objective
The program objective

Four priorities, in order.

The salesperson remains the named relationship manager throughout, supported by a personal Shift AI workspace and monthly videos.

01

Support the same-day sale

With permission, capture the presentation, identify explicit buying reasons and questions, flag possible compliance issues and draft a source-supported closing recommendation.

02

Establish the actual concern

Ask the guest why they’re declining. Distinguish timing, upfront funds, total affordability, unresolved questions and product fit — without forcing every answer into money.

03

Offer an appropriate funding route

If the guest wants to proceed and qualifies, explain the written price protection and accumulation arrangement, the voluntary initial payment and the exact remaining schedule.

04

Manage toward completion

A 12-month personal video and service plan, approved incentives and optional extra contributions — keeping the original term unless the guest agrees to a change.

The visit, stage by stage

What the salesperson says. What AI does.

Talk tracks are drafted for each developer’s approved presentation and loaded only after approval.

“Today I’d like to learn how you travel, explain our ownership program, show you the relevant options and costs, and answer your questions. At the end, you can decide whether this fits your plans.”Salesperson · welcome

AI at this stage
  • Creates the session and links the salesperson and the correct brand.
  • Verifies consent evidence and shows a visible capture indicator with pause and stop controls.
  • Keeps recording consent separate from later contact, payment and likeness permissions.
  • Never records card entry or sensitive identity documents.

“You said two things matter most, and you want to understand one specific question. Have I captured that correctly?”Salesperson · confirm before presenting

AI at this stage
  • Records the guest’s confirmed statements separately from the salesperson’s interpretation.
  • Links transcript evidence to each material point.
  • Loads the developer’s approved module: product, use and booking rules, costs and rights.
  • Never infers financial capacity from appearance, voice or occupation.

“We’ve reviewed how the package works, its limitations and the full costs. What questions are still unanswered? If it fits your travel plans and budget, would you like to review the purchase documents today?”Salesperson · same-day invitation

AI at this stage
  • Listens throughout and prepares concise private suggestions at natural pauses.
  • Confirms costs and unresolved issues before a close.
  • Never fabricates scarcity, promises savings or relabels lack of interest as a money objection.
  • Hands a “yes” to the authorized closer for documents and financing disclosures.

“What’s the main reason you’d prefer not to move forward today? Is it the program itself, the timing, a question we haven’t answered, the initial payment, the ongoing costs — or something else?”Salesperson · establish the actual reason

AI at this stage
  • Records the answer faithfully and preserves multiple reasons.
  • Treats a request for more time as exactly that — not a hidden yes.
  • If the guest says it isn’t for them, the sales effort ends unless they ask for follow-up.
Live AI coaching

The first priority in the system.

With valid permission, AI listens throughout the presentation and fills a private panel only the salesperson sees. It doesn’t interrupt the guest, and it doesn’t make decisions.

  • Up to three guest-stated buying reasons, with timestamps.
  • Unanswered questions matched to the approved source that answers them.
  • One neutral next question tailored to the guest’s stated need.

Unanswered questions

Annual fee increases — approved source ready not yet addressed

Current concerns

“We’re not sure we can book during school holidays.”

Possible compliance issue

Availability phrasing at 10:37 — suggest clarifying booking limits. A flag is not a legal finding.

Suggested next question

“Which school-holiday weeks matter most to you?”

Closing brief

Confirm holiday availability limits and fee answers before inviting a purchase. No financing approval or price exception documented.

Diagnose the concern

Not every “no” is about money.

Choose a reason to see how the program responds. Each answer is recorded in the guest’s own words.

Acknowledge it — and stop selling.

If the guest says ownership isn’t for them, the salesperson acknowledges it and ends the sales effort, unless the guest asks for a specific follow-up.

Respect the timeline.

A request for more time is not evidence the guest secretly agreed to buy. With permission, the assigned salesperson stays in touch through reviewed videos and the guest’s chosen channels.

Answer it from an approved source.

The panel shows which approved document answers the question and whether it was actually addressed. Missing facts return “needs approved information” and route to a manager.

Offer an approved way to spread it.

Where the developer approves it, the guest can review price protection and down-payment accumulation, with a voluntary initial amount and a complete written schedule before agreeing to anything.

Review the full picture honestly.

A down-payment arrangement addresses the timing of funds — it does not solve total unaffordability. The salesperson reviews the full ongoing costs, and if they don’t fit, offers information without enrollment.

A practical path toward purchase

See every payment before agreeing to any.

Example: a $2,500 down-payment target — 10% of a $25,000 package. The guest chooses $40 for each of the first two installments, so $80 today covers months 1 and 2.

Month 1122436

The 12-month path is an alternative that needs the guest’s separate agreement. A charge never increases without authorization, and one-time extra payments are always the guest’s choice.

    Enrollment

    Five steps, all in writing.

Enrollment, funds accumulated, financing approved, contracted, closed and ownership activated are tracked as separate milestones.

VerifyEligibility, product, target and price-protection term
CalculateEvery payment, including any initial advance
DiscloseWritten costs, refunds, custody, expiration and financing conditions
AgreeSeparate agreement, payment authorization and contact permissions
ConfirmCopies and receipt sent; salesperson and next task assigned
    Recover the opportunity

    Not just the appointment.

    Tour no-shows

A relevant rescheduling invitation through an authorized channel. A no-show has no presentation history, and the CRM never invents one.

    Attendees who declined

Follow-up built on the actual conversation and the guest’s real reason — kept in its own CRM group with its own permissions.
