Program two

Welcome back. Start with what they own.

Help an existing owner evaluate whether additional points, vacation time, ownership interests or approved benefits would improve how they actually use their ownership.

Returning owner reviewSame-day enhancement12-month upgrade objective
The program objective

Four priorities for every owner review.

The meeting happens when an owner returns to the property or accepts an owner review. It is not a first-time frontline presentation, and it uses its own approved module.

01

Support today’s enhancement

Verify current ownership, capture the authorized review, identify stated needs and prepare a source-supported upgrade recommendation.

02

Establish the actual concern

Separate a service issue, unused existing rights, product fit, timing, initial funds and total affordability. Education — or no upgrade — may be the right result.

03

Offer an upgrade funding route

If wanted and eligible, present the written enhancement offer, any price protection, the advance amount and the exact remaining schedule.

04

Manage toward completion

Twelve monthly videos and approved incentives for voluntary earlier completion, with existing ownership and the enhancement kept distinct.

The owner review

Five things to understand first.

Ownership facts come from authenticated developer records. Goals come from the owner. Discrepancies are reconciled before anything is recommended.

01

Ownership and rights

Product family; points, weeks or fractional interest; renewal and use year; home rights; purchase channel; tier and documented benefit eligibility.

02

Actual use

Used, banked, borrowed, expired or unused allocations; recent trips; planning lead time; booking difficulties; available owner education.

03

Costs and obligations

Current fees, dues, assessments and any loan obligation when relevant and authorized — each with its source and an as-of date.

04

Changed travel needs

Larger accommodation, more trips, different dates, added travelers or another stated objective — without presuming a need to buy more.

05

Enhancement comparison

Current position, proposed additional rights, the verified combined position, added and total costs, and any rights retained, changed or surrendered.

Explore a real gap

Sometimes the right answer is what they already own.

“What would you like to do that your current ownership doesn’t meet? Could a different booking approach or an existing benefit solve it?”

Ownership comparison

Current. Change. After closing.

Every enhancement is presented as a side-by-side worksheet, so the owner sees what they gain, what stays, and both the added and the combined costs.

  • More points are not presented as a better booking window.
  • Contractual rights, conditional status and promotional perks stay separate.
  • An existing loan balance is never treated as equity.

Live AI coaching, in-house

A private brief built on verified facts.

AI listens for stated owner needs, unresolved questions and any gap between the spoken offer and the approved documents. It never approves an upgrade or determines legal compliance.

“First verify whether current rights can meet the request. If an approved additional purchase is still appropriate, confirm the exact booking rules and added annual fees.”Example private AI brief

Questions & concerns

Reports unused allocations · asks about added annual fees

Trade credit and tier qualification unverified — do not claim them.

Closing recommendation

Documented fit, remaining questions, incremental and combined costs — then an upgrade invitation.

Account separation

Two ledgers. Never blended.

Existing dues and loan payments stay under their governing agreements. Enhancement funds go to a separate offer ledger, and enrollment never activates new rights or surrenders existing ones on its own.

Existing ownership

Current agreement

  • Verified rights & benefits
  • Dues and assessments
  • Existing loan, if any
  • Owner service — never conditioned on an upgrade

New offer ledger

  • Offer ID & signed agreement
  • Initial advance, credited once
  • Remaining schedule & milestones
  • Activation only when verified at closing
